With over 23,500 part numbers in stock, ranging from a pint of grease, a small rubber O-ring to the largest aircraft APU, our warehouse is capable of handling all categories of aerospace inventory, including sensitive electronics requiring climate controlled storage and shelf-life controlled and serialized aircraft parts. Our stock has consistently maintained an accuracy over 99% across the warehouse space. We ship parts worldwide upon request and we also offer same day AOG service in Europe.
We also provide also branch warehouses for our customers – either within the walls of their operation or right down the operator’s hub. Our staff, equips, and operates these stocking locations while providing seamless integration with customers’ processes, procedures, and information systems.
We offer comprehensive TOTAL FLEET SUPPORT SERVICES ranging from maintenance chemicals, tires and brakes, scheduled Checks and in field emergency response tech team.
AEROSPACE MACHINING
FAR STATION 145 has the know-how and capability to provide complex machining products for aerospace, industrial and medical component.
The CNC turning machines are capable of holding extreme tolerances and up to 5 axis milling. The Assembly department is focused on common aerospace mechanical assemblies including prototype small batches production. We have the capability of delivering assistance with 3D – Catia design services and lab services.
Our services are not limited to machining. We offer testing, design support, welding, grinding and finishing processes per industry or customer specification.
